We deliver in-house programmes for groups of 8 or more. For smaller teams, we recommend our public open-enrolment courses, or we can arrange a combined session with participants from other organisations

What happens after the training ends?

How far in advance should we book an in-house programme?
3–4 weeks for in-house programmes. Public courses can be booked up to 48 hours before the start date, subject to availability. For large-scale multi-cohort rollouts, we recommend 6–8 weeks lead time
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
In-house programmes are reschedulable with 14 days notice at no charge. Public course registrations are transferable to a colleague up to 7 days before the session. Cancellations within 7 days are subject to a 50% fee.
Which programme should we start with?
For most organisations, Generative AI & Prompt Engineering is the ideal starting point. It builds the foundation for everything else. If your team already uses AI tools confidently, we may recommend starting with Copilot or Agentic AI instead.
Can we combine multiple programmes?
